Frequent questions

Why does the DG921 screen display "HI"?
The temperature detected by the floor sensor is above the limit of the highest temperature set in "Out" or "All" mode, therefore the thermostat will switch off the heating.
The DG921 display shows "LO", why?
The temperature read by the floor sensor is below the lowest temperature limit in the "Out" or "All" mode. This is why the DG921 will start heating until the floor temperature is above the set limit.

Your floor temperature sensor is short-circuited or faulty and your thermostat has turned off the heating. Contact the technical department for verification.
With the thermostat on I pressed and held the middle button to access "Program" mode, but the floor thermostat does not take over, why?
To use the underfloor heating thermostat in "Scheduled" mode, change the "PSI" option in the setup menu - choose "7" for programming for every day of the week, "3" for Monday to Friday programming with Saturday and Sunday separately or "2" for Monday to Friday and weekend programming.
The screen lighting is turned off after a short time, why?
