The Homplex 816 non-programmable room thermostat is the simplest thermostat in the Homplex portfolio. The Homplex 816 has a rotary knob that can be operated to change the temperature in the home.

The LCD screen shows the new set temperature as well as the current room temperature.

Thanks to its easy-to-use control panel, the Homplex 816 is a perfect fit for grandparents’ homes – it can be easily operated by anyone, regardless of age.

Homplex 816 is the successor to DG816 (discontinued).

Simultaneous display The Homplex 816 displays both the set and ambient room temperature on the LCD screen.

Temperature alarm You are informed when the ambient temperature in your home is too low ("LO" displayed on the screen) or too high ("HI") to consume energy efficiently.

How do I know if my thermostat batteries are flat?

A symbol will be displayed on the Homplex 816 thermostat display to let you know when its batteries are low.

The thermostat does not send the heating command to the central heating, why?

If the Homplex 816 does not send the heating command to the central unit, make sure that all connections have been made correctly.

Can I install the Homplex 816 room thermostat myself?

Even though the Homplex 816 is an intuitive, easy-to-use thermostat, we recommend that you call in a specialist for installation. Incorrect assembly can cause malfunction.

"E1" is displayed on the screen, why?

The error "E1" on the Homplex 816 indicates that the temperature sensor is short-circuited. Contact our Technical Department for a solution if your product is under warranty.
