Diversification of the detector range continues with new models

Multiple control detectors are launched – HDX series that can be integrated in BMS or Double Control systems with 12/230V double trigger, extension of the PRO range with HD100 PRO RF or HD100 PRO 12V radio version for low voltage solenoid valves.

Homplex NX1: The first smart thermostat produced by a Romanian company

In close connection with the beneficiaries of our products and technological trends, we have embraced the IoT universe, with the first step already taken. A new experience of convenience, flexibility and high reliability at home!

Together with installers and based on user feedback, we have created the PRO range of gas detectors. They are much easier to install, have a number of technological improvements and a modern look in line with the Homplex identity.

We launch the first composite gas fryer produced by a Romanian company

We initiated the development of an innovative gas meter box, both technically and visually. Because it is 100% locally developed, it can offer competitive cost and high availability.

2019

Infrastructure product portfolio is expanded

with cast iron industrial valves. Butterfly type, rubberized drawer, flap, double eccentric, reducer and many others.

2017

The first centraliser for radio methane gas detectors

The innovation continues with the first Radio Finder. A solution that extends the functionality of radio gas detectors by simultaneously monitoring dozens, and possibly hundreds of detectors in parallel. For installers it drastically reduces installation and commissioning time and for the user the discomfort caused by the need to drill holes in walls for the electrovalve wire.

2016

First Finder centraliser for methane gas detectors (wired)

Homplex innovation, a solution that simplifies the alarm system, eliminating the need for alarm stations, additional modules or complex networks of connections.

2015

AGRU fittings distributed by Homplex

Homplex becomes accredited distributor in Romania of AGRU Kunststofftechnik GmbH (Austria) products. Homplex now offers Romanian infrastructure, gas and water projects high quality PE-100RC fittings, crack resistant, injected or electrofusion, such as elbows, tees, saddles, reducers, caps, plugs and much more.

2015

Extending the range of detectors

goes ahead with the introduction of the methane and carbon monoxide detector. A mix of safety and extending the protection offered by a detector at that time.

2014

Homplex Call Centre is launched

Homplex pioneered the Romanian market by introducing the first call center dedicated to Homplex products. It has never been easier to talk to a Homplex specialist.

A higher standard of safety

is now offered by Inogas HD100 detectors (predecessor of Homplex HD100), the first mint gas detector produced by a Romanian company, with affordability and high quality standards for Romanian users.

Thermostat in romanian language

Homplex launches in Romania the first thermostat with display in Romanian (DG908) and thus expands the existing portfolio of programmable thermostats. It will soon be joined by a new non-programmable thermostat, Inoklima EXO X (predecessor of Homplex EVO X), in wired or radio version, with an intuitive and easy-to-use design.

Oameni mai rar ca acestia in Romania.
In ajunul Craciunului s-au defectat cele 2 findere de pe casa scarii dupa multi ani de folosire... Am sunat initial la firma de mentenanta gaze dar erau indisponibili....Am zis sa incerc si la Homplex, firma producatoare.
Nu numai ca am gasit suport tehnic in ajunul Craciunului, dar mi-au schimbat aparatele defecte in aceeasi zi. Multumesc pe aceasta cale firmei Homplex dar in special dlui Alexandru Mitran, angajat al acestei firme cu mare deschidere catre clienti.
Oameni de calitate ... cu produse de calitate.

Bună ziua!
Utilizez acest termostat smart și sunt extrem de mulțumit,distanța mare de operare între termostat și centrală, aplicație smart foarte bună (care primește update și îmbunătățiri periodic), echipa de la service și call center ( PROFESIONIȘTI ȘI TE AJUTA CU ORICE PROBLEMĂ SAU NELAMURIE), recomand Homplex Romania.

Am achiziționat un termostat Homplex si după 1 an nu se mai conecta wireless. După discuții cu dl. Alexandru Mitran sa decis inlocuirea termostatului. În urma interacțiunii cu domnul Mitran am ramas surprins placut de amabilitatea si profesionalismul de care a dat dovadă. Felicitări.

Aflând că este produs românesc l-am cumpărat, am primit consultanță pe WhatsApp, personalul foarte amabil. Susțin produsele românești, recomand. Menționez că am Homplex NX 1.

Termostatul este de nota 10+ iar ajutorul oferit chiar și după ce termenul de garanție a expirat, a fost mai mult decât mă puteam aștepta, nu am cuvinte de mulțumire, recomand din suflet! Mulțumesc, din nou, pentru tot ajutorul!

S-a defectat termostatul, am luat legatura cu dânșii și in ziua respectivă mi-a trimis alt aparat prin curier. Recomand!

Am instalat de curand o retea de detectoare de gaz Homplex in imobilul in care locuiesc (230 buc), impreuna cu finderele aferente.
Instalarea a fost efectuata de o firma autorizata. La scurt timp dupa instalare, unul dintre finderi s-a stricat (din cauza procedurii defectuoase de instalare). Contactand firma care a instalat (si care oferea si garantia finderului) am primit un raspuns naucitor: putem veni in minimum 3 saptamani. Cu o mica speranta am scris un e-mail la departamentul tehnic al producatorului. In max. 10 minute am fost sunat de dl. Ionut Sarbu cu care am avut o discutie prealabila asigurandu-ma ca a doua zi la ora 8 va veni la bloc pentru a inlocui finderul defect. Ceea ce s-a si intamplat, a doua zi avand defectiunea rezolvata.
Deci, multumesc mult companiei Homplex, care isi respecta produsele si d-lui Sarbu pentru rapiditatea raspunsului.

Dupa perioada de vară am avut probleme cu termostatul meu Inoklima Evo RF, mai exact nu mai indica grade celsius, indica în farenhait. Voiam să cumpăr alt termostat dar mai întâi am contactat asistenta, care mi.a oferit numărul de contact al Dl. Mircea Enescu, care m-a îndrumat pentru rezolvarea problemei cu răbdare și mult profesionalism.

Am achiziționat anul trecut un termostat wireless Homplex NX1 și după perioada de vară am avut ceva probleme atât cu sincronizarea la.rețeaua wi-fi cat și cu restartul aplicației pe mobil. Am contactat suportul tehnic oferit de Homplex unde am avut plăcerea de a discuta cu Dl. Mircea Enescu care m-a îndrumat pentru rezolvarea problemei cu răbdare și cu mult profesionalism. Recomand din tot sufletul și cu multă încredere produsele Homplex !!!
